Notifications merely nudge the receiver to\r\ninitiate a predefined action promptly (instead of on a schedule);\r\nthey do not alter the action itself (including any security checks it\r\nmight employ).\r\n\r\nTo enable this functionality, a method for discovering the receiver\r\nendpoint for such notification messages is introduced, via the new\r\nDSYNC record type.
