This document\r\nsummarizes the conclusions from these research efforts and offers\r\nspecific, tangible considerations or advice to authoritative DNS\r\nserver operators. Authoritative server operators may wish to follow\r\nthese considerations to improve their DNS services.\r\n\r\nIt is possible that the results presented in this document could be\r\napplicable in a wider context than just the DNS protocol, as some of\r\nthe results may generically apply to any stateless\/short-duration\r\nanycasted service.\r\n\r\nThis document is not an IETF consensus document: it is published for\r\ninformational purposes.","pub_date":"March 2022","keywords":["Routing","DNS","Anycast","Domain","Name","System","BGP"],"obsoletes":[],"obsoleted_by":[],"updates":[],"updated_by":[],"see_also":[],"doi":"10.17487\/RFC9199","errata_url":null}
