Each organization that distributes\r\nIP addresses or Autonomous System (AS) numbers to an organization\r\nwill, in parallel, issue a (public key) certificate reflecting this\r\ndistribution.  These certificates will enable verification that the\r\nresources indicated in the certificate have been distributed to the\r\nholder of the associated private key and that this organization is\r\nthe current, unique holder of these resources.
