The LDP\r\nspecification provides no mechanism for an LDP speaker to notify a\r\npeer when it has completed its initial label advertisements to that\r\npeer.  This document specifies means for an LDP speaker to signal\r\ncompletion of its initial label advertisements following session\r\nestablishment.
