It specifies a\r\nmechanism for applications to retrieve and set information for\r\nMobility Header messages, Home Address destination options, and\r\nRouting Header Type 2 extension headers.  It also specifies the\r\ncommon data structures and definitions that might be used by certain\r\nadvanced Mobile IPv6 socket applications.
